Tom Carter

Tom Carter is a former Wall Street Journal writer, semi-retied now at The Central City Extra, where he was the monthly’s community reporter. He is a major contributor to the recently published “Death in the Tenderloin,” a collection of obituaries and features from The Extra. He is also a fan of his daughter, Katy Alaniz Rous.
