Joe Goode’s unique teaching style incorporates movement, writing, and spoken word. The movement sequencing is designed to facilitate an unpacking of the body, bringing it into a state of receptivity, exploration of the physical and emotional resonances of sound, and how personal inquiry can develop your personal awareness.

Each day will be comprised of sessions that incorporate meditation, gentle floor exercises, opening the voice, and simple improvisational scores that focus on listening, feeling, and accepting the body. No dance or performance experience required. Taught by Joe Goode and a JGPG company member.
