Cardio dance and strengthening class open to all movers of any dance background/ability. Featuring a fun playlist and basic movement, this follow-along style dance session will get you sweating and smiling! We will be rounding out Wednesday evenings with a toning and stretching section. Think dancer pilates and a relaxing stretch.
