As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Balanced Body Certified Integrated Movement Specialist (Pilates), I absolutely love teaching movement. I started teaching yoga in 2015 and started teaching Pilates in 2019. I love helping people feel strong and relaxed. Pilates is awesome conditioning for dancers and I’d love you to join. If you’ve never tried Pilates class, I’d love to be your first teacher!
