This year’s Intern program includes a mix of onsite and remote positions.
Jacob’s Pillow Internships provide real work projects and responsibilities that build practical experience and develop professional skills in arts administration, technical production, education, community programming, and more. Interns receive on-the-job training and guidance while working as a team to produce one of the world’s most prestigious dance festivals.
Interns receive room and board (on-site housing plus 3 meals a day) and a stipend of $1,500. Internships include access to performances, talks, and dance classes, as well as staff-led career talks and seminars. College credit, work-study, independent study, and/or cooperative learning programs may be available through your school.
