Keep your body in shape while out of the dance studio! This class incorporates things like pilates, floor barre, and other fitness-based methods for strengthening the dancers’ body. Exercises are modified for varying levels of ability. We sometimes use equipment like resistance bands and yoga balls, but they are not required.
