Engage in a year-long online institute with a network of fellow choreographers facilitated by core faculty: Celeste Miller (Institute Director), Kimberli Boyd, and Michael Richter to train in the Curriculum in Motion® method: a co-creative workshop/residency model applying choreographers’ methods to the curriculum, question, issue, or theme of a community partner. The Institute uses body-based practices to work with the Curriculum in Motion® pedagogy for integration between our art, values, and our place in the world.
This intimately curated experience includes:
- Interactive online training through five synchronous learning modules, with individualized faculty support and feedback
- One-on-one faculty mentoring, peer-to-peer co-mentoring, and group learning
- Opportunities for creative exchanges with one another and community partners
- Build a meaningful and active network of peers
