Annex Artist Coordinator:
$20/hr non-exempt, 15-20hr/wk — Flexible schedule, with some weekends & evenings — Remote to start due to COVID-19, transitioning to Joe Goode Annex Office.
The Annex Artist Coordinator interfaces directly with artists & other individuals/organizations renting the Annex or sharing their work via the Annex platform, ensuring that their Front of House needs are met. The position requires strong communication skills & attention to detail, with an artist-centered approach. Works closely with the Venue Manager (GG Torres), Program & Communications Manager (Melissa Lewis), as well as the Artistic and Executive Directors, and full staff. Board of Directors:
The Joe Goode Performance Group Board plays a vital role in supporting the mission of JGPG. Board members come to JGPG from varied backgrounds and familiarity with the organization, whether longtime fans of Joe’s work, participants in adult movement classes, or supporters of the arts ecosystem more generally.
In its official capacity, the Board of Directors governs and holds fiduciary responsibility for JGPG. Members serve for a 3-year term, renewable once — attending regular Board Meetings bimonthly on the third Tuesday of the month. Our Board are also thought leaders and collaborators in visioning the future of the organization, and are active members of a community that includes staff, artists + other stakeholders – making the organization a success. They support JGPG with outreach into personal networks for events and shows, a financial contribution on par with other giving, and participation in projects or committees.
