Laban Movement Analysis with Martha Eddy

Laban Movement Analysis (LMA) is a method and language for describing, visualizing, interpreting and documenting all varieties of human movement. LMA uses a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating contributions from anatomy, kinesiology, psychology and Labanotation. This tool is used by dancers, actors, musicians, athletes, dance/movement therapists, physical and occupational therapists and many other fields of study.

Somatic Psychology with Shirley Dvir & Erica Berman

Relational Somatic Healing is a practice grounded in the principles of connection, loving presence, heart-fulness, relationship, trusting the body’s wisdom and non-doing. In this training, we’ll talk about the basic principles of this practice, how this method was birthed and share how to support deep shifts happening through safe relationship, co-regulation, and authentic connection.
