THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Executive/Artistic Director, the Administrative Coordinator serves as the point-of-contact for New Ballet’s School and Company. They will coordinate communications from the organization’s leadership, also including the School Principal and School Director to School families, Company dancers and others. The Coordinator provides administrative support for NB and performs a wide variety of tasks to ensure effective and efficient outcomes for School and Company staff and stakeholders.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Part time, hourly
Sick/Personal time
Sept-May: Tue/W/F, 4-9pm; Thu, 3:45-8:45pm; and Sat, 8:30am-3pm.
Oct-early Dec & Mar-mid May: Saturdays, 8:30am-5:30pm with a 1hr lunch break.
Jun-Aug: Mon-Fri, approximately 8:30am-4:30pm
