Client Relations Associate
This position participates in the reception (virtual/online during closure of our physical campus during pandemic restrictions and onsite as we are allowed to return to in-person activities back on our campus) and registration of all clients at the ODC campus. Client Relations Associates are also responsible for ensuring that studio tenants (ODC School classes, resident artists, renters, etc.) and Theater renters have access to the Theater building and their assigned studios.

This is an at will, full-time hourly position (eligible for overtime) with an expected minimum base of 30 hours per week. This position is eligible for overtime with prior written approval for the Assistant Operations Manager. The role reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Compensation is $17.00 per hour.


Audience Services Coordinator

The role reports to the Operations Manager. The Audience Services Coordinator will work closely with ODC Theater and marketing teams as well as in concert with other related staff teams (digital programs, development,production and finance) to support performances and other public programs and to cultivate positive, productive relationships with ticket buyers, donors, rental clients, and other constituents.

The Audience Services Coordinator oversees and trains hourly front-of-house staff to represent ODC. This position demands demonstrable knowledge and skill in several areas including: (1) highly effective and personable customer service; (2) database systems(Salesforce or Patron Manager preferred); (3) box office and front-of-house event management; and (4) familiarity with contemporary dance and performing arts and audiences.

This is a full-time, hourly position, eligible for overtime. With a minimum time base of 30 hours per week and not to exceed 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $20 – $23 Per hour DOE


Front of House

The Front of House is responsible for overseeing all public areas of the theater during a performance or event and ensuring the experience of each patron is enjoyable and safe. Shifts are scheduled as needed and based on availability (approximately 10 hours/week). The ideal candidate will be cross-trained in the House Manager and Box Office positions. Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible schedule.

This position demands demonstrable knowledge and skill in several areas including: (1) high-level and personable customer service; (2) database systems (Salesforce or Patron Manager preferred); (3) box office and front-of-house event management; and (4) familiarity with contemporary dance and performing arts and audiences.

Compensation: $17/hour. Earn free dance classes at the ODC Dance Commons


Personal Movement Coach and Instructor

The Personal Movement Coach will contribute to program development/evolution by determining opportunities to expand/refine existing class offerings, identifying new potential classes and teaching faculty, as well as by assessing inaugural impact of program and contributing to on-going messaging in order to articulate the value of a personalized cross-training curriculum to achieve optimal personal health goals. Specific responsibilities will include one-on-one and small group meetings with participants to learn and discuss their fitness goals, assess their bodily strengths and weaknesses, and curate a customized ODC class curriculum for each participant. The Personal Movement Coach will provide assessment and guidance to facilitate and monitor participants’ progress at regularly scheduled intervals.

Hours: To be confirmed, est. 2-5 hours a week to start
Compensation: $50/hour


Theater Program Associate

This is a full-time, hourly position (eligible for overtime), reporting to ODC Theater’s Creative Director. The Theater Program Associate collaborates with and assists the Creative Director to develop and implement strategy for ODC Theater’s programming to deliver essential revenue, community engagement, and artist service goals.

Compensation: $26-28/hour DOE.
