Administrative / Office Management
• Manage student tuition online system
• Manage student uniform ordering and distribution
• Manage/edit online newsletter system
• Manage print and social media materials
• Maintain patron and donor database
• Prepare materials as needed, such as performance programs, evaluation forms, other collateral
• Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies
• Manage, respond, and route phone messages, mail, email, and voicemail

Salary: $17+ hourly, DOE and skills; Benefits: Free PBT Classes available to staff
Hours: 18-25 hrs. per week, M-S / Flexible; mix of virtual and in-office possible.
Other: Performance attendance is required
