HMD/The Bridge Project seeks a Community Engagement Manager. The ideal candidate is someone dedicated to building coalitions among artists across disciplines, backgrounds, and perspectives, passionate about furthering cultural and racial equity in the arts, and who resides within the San Francisco Bay Area. The Community Engagement Manager will work with HMD’s Co-Director Team to further grassroots objectives, expand accessibility to HMD programming, coordinate and manage local community events, and co-lead initiatives such as the Community Engagement Residency.

This position is a part-time, 20-25 hrs/month employee position with growth and leadership opportunities. Schedule is flexible. Pay is $36/hr. The position is remote with some scheduled meetings occurring in person. We especially encourage people of color, queer, trans, and gender non-conforming people to apply as well as those seeking to grow into executive leadership.
