Marin Ballet: Intermediate/advanced Classical Ballet Instructor P/T

Marin Ballet, located in San Rafael, CA is actively seeking a highly skilled intermediate/advanced Classical Ballet instructor for part time hourly employment, starting July. Successful candidate will be offered continued employment, up to 12-14+ hours per week, for the school year 23/24.

Candidate must have extensive knowledge in teaching and breaking down intermediate ballet syllabus, experience in pre-pointe and beginning pointe work. Ideal teacher will also have experience in classroom etiquette and management, work as a rehearsal coach and have excellent personal communication skills.

Qualifications
Must have 5+ years in classical ballet instruction; professional performance and theater experience ideal, Pilates or yoga instruction a plus.

Must be available for an in-person interview with the School Director and to instruct a ballet/pointe class.
