Overdose Recognition & Response Training for artists and arts organizers.
This workshop will be led by the San Francisco Department of Health and will give participants a foundational understanding of how the body reacts to an overdose and how the naloxone nasal spray (Narcan) works to reverse a drug overdose to save someone’s life. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose using naloxone.
