In 2024 the Festival will take place in multiple venues in the Mission district from May 2–12. In 2025 the dates are May 1–11.
Bay Area based artists interested in presenting their work at the Festival in either year, please contact the SFIAF office to arrange for a date and time to discuss what participation entails. We are looking to present full-length works or shared concert(s) with another artist (or artists). Ideas can be for contemporary or traditional dance, multidisciplinary performance and/or physical theatre.
We are currently setting up meetings with artists for late August and September. There isn’t a formal call-for-entries or application process required to schedule a meeting or to set up a time to talk.
