Full-time, exempt position at $70,000-$85,000 annual salary (negotiable)
Weekday schedule with some weekends and evenings, hybrid with some in-person activities

Executive Director Summary
The Executive Director will work in collaboration with the Artistic Director and Board of Directors to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization while simultaneously helping to lead and shape its long-term vision, financial and strategic goals.
The ideal Executive Director will be highly organized and have an affinity for JGPG’s approach to artmaking, as well as a strong interest in uplifting the local dance community. The Executive Director co-leads the organization with the Artistic Director. Read more by visiting our website.
