These workshops focus on the subtle body as a divining rod, anchoring into and through the body, tethering the mind, freeing the intuition and curiosity and re-evolving play.
The workshops will include:
-Chi cultivation, which harmonizes the system, and oxygenates the body/mind.
-Scramble technique (skills that prep for the research of the day )
-Content: 8 directions, divine spine, weights and spaces, physical platform with touch.
Everyone is welcome. The work follows the basics of Level I. If you have not studied with me before – dive right in. I will incorporate what is important.
