Sebastian Grubb: BodyWAGGING / Dancing The Axis Syllabus

This class series presents information from anatomical science alongside fluid dance and movement phrases. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace while integrating information and expanding their movement vocabulary to improve skeletal alignment and distribute forces throughout the myofascial web. All levels welcome! Taught by Sebastian Grubb, local dancer/choreographer since 2008. Sebastian is a Certified Axis Syllabus Teacher, Professional Dancer, Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Coach.
