California Dance Education Association: CA State Dance Educators Conference

California Dance Education Association recognizes the importance of providing a space for dance educators to come together, collaborate, mentor, practice, and dance as a collective. Our 2024 statewide conference, Fertile Ground, serves as a platform for mentorship, allowing seasoned professionals to guide and inspire the next generation of dance educators. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where educators can share their knowledge, experiences, and resources to enhance their teaching practices. By fostering collaboration, we believe that dance educators can spark creativity, explore new ideas, and develop innovative teaching strategies. Fertile Ground is a space to consider how we can better represent and showcase underrepresented groups and dance forms in dance education.
