Somatic Movement: Kinesiology and Body-Mind Centering® (IN PERSON)
This class uses elements of Kinesiology-movement science, Body-Mind Centering, experiential anatomy and developmental patterns to awake body and movement awareness. The class starts with individual guided improvisation and/or visual material that leads to the embodiment of skin, mechanoreceptors and nervous system. The class evolves to individual/duet/group improvisations and practice of simple phrases of movements based on the somatic explorations. This is a low impact class with movement in the floor and standing, open to different levels of experience with dance and somatics. www.dianalara-somatics.com
