Community Wellness Dance Class Led by ChingChi Yu
December 13 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeWe’ll start with breathing and wellness exercises, such as tapping, level-arm swinging, and light stretching to warm and loosen up your body. We’ll work on balance and strengthening. Then we learn rhythmic movements which are later integrated into an easy-to-follow choreographed routine. Come experience the wonderful sensation of moving to music! It’s FUN!
