An educational and participatory event about the Lenca indigenous perspective on nature and the body. A video will be shown about a somatic exchange with the indigenous Lenca communities in Honduras and parts of a performance inspired by this experience. There will be a somatic activity with the audience and dialogue about the Lenca and Chorotega indigenous culture, protection of indigenous knowledge, and artistic creation with community leaders, anthropologists, and artists from Central America. We will share a delicious traditional Honduran drink made from cacao and corn.
