Filipino Folk Dance Workshop: Tinikling
We’re so excited to provide a space for community to learn about Filipino Folk Dance and culture. We will cover pre- and post-colonial dances of the Philippines, such as Tinikling, Dinaklisan, Pangalay, Taddo, and more. In this class, we will have a short warm-up, a discussion about the dance, and learn the movement.
ALL Levels Welcome. You do not have to be Filipino/x/a identified to join.
(Parent Guardian REQUIRED for anyone under the age of 16, and those with limited mobility should consider coming with a friend)
