FreeYou are invited to join Gamelan Sekar Jaya for our annual Spring Open House. Meet our Guest Artists, ensemble members and wider community! Enjoy free Balinese dance and music performances and workshops. This is a family friendly, all ages event.
The Banjar is Gamelan Sekar Jaya’s home in Berkeley, California. It is the home for Balinese Guest Artists, rehearsal space for all our music and dance ensembles, and a community center.
Whether you are a past ensemble member, have taken a class with us, you’re a neighbor, or have never heard of us at all, we want to build community with you.
