Introduction to the Life/Art Process with Daria Halprin

$350Held in-person at the historic Mountain Home Studio, Kentfield, California
Grounded on the innovative work of the Halprins, the workshop will introduce an approach to movement /dance and the expressive arts that enlivens dialogues between body and imagination, life experiences and art making, creativity and healing.
Through the use of movement, drawing, poetic writing, improvisational performance, and ritual, you will tap into art’s symbolic language to encounter and explore your personal mythology, generating new resources to apply in your personal and professional life.
