Reclaiming Stillness: A Sanctuary for Embodiment and Creativity

This class series welcomes anyone seeking artful and somatic ways to navigate uncertainty and those longing for deeper connection to self and others beyond words. Rooted in the Tamalpa Life/Art® methodology, Reclaiming Stillness weaves together somatic contemplative and movement practices, expressive dance, creative writing, drawing, and vocalization.
