The Joyful Body: Stress-Release & Feel-Better Tools for Every Age with Rachel Fleischman, LCSW, REAT

FreeFeeling tense? Stiff? Wound tight? This class is designed for anyone who wants to feel calmer, lighter, and more at ease in their body – with no dance experience needed. Rachel guides you through gentle movements, grounding exercises, breath resets, and playful mood-lifters that melt stress and help your body exhale.
It’s warm, pressure-free, and accessible for every age and stage – especially if you’re feeling creaky, overwhelmed, or out of practice. You’ll also get a take-home booklet of easy stress-relief tools you can use anytime.
