This rhythmic-based ballet class embraces the classical form in a body positive space to include cultural backgrounds and gender identities. This gender-inclusive space encourages everyone, especially black and brown bodies, to feel welcomed and valued. You’ll get a 90-minute workout, laugh and sweat in a safe, supportive, and inspiring setting. *Ballet Barres will not be provided for this class*
