Nature Stories: Creative Dance Lab is facilitated by an internationally recognized performer and educator, Kaeshi Chai with an opportunity for participants to perform in the collaborative creation on Fri, Sep 13, during 2 scheduled shows at The Vortex.
The creative artists will explore how to:
1. Tell a story through dance
2. Expand emotional range for stage
3. Uplevel performance ability in Nature Stories
5. Use rapid prototyping methodology to co-create theatrical dance pieces
The movement vocabulary will draw primarily from belly dance, contemporary, and physical theater.
There are 10 spots available for the Creative Lab so early registration is recommended!
