DESCRIPTION:Intro To Pole Dance is for those wanting to learn new movements both on and off the pole with an emphasis on dance elements!\nWe’ll be learning and combining spins and floor work in each class\, that are then put into dance combos that we will dance together with at the end of each class. This is to assure you not only know how to master these movements\, but DANCE into them! This class has an environment that invites and presents everything from body waves\, twerking and balletic basics to music that’ll fall under all genres of music!
