SUMMARY:Open level workshop: Modern Classical with Akhil Joondeph
DESCRIPTION:This open level dance class will explore movement drawing from Indian Classical dance and more in a safe and accessible environment. Class will work through warm up exercises\, grooves\, and footwork drills\, eventually combining some of these elements into a combination. This is a great class for dancers interested in exploring new movement styles\, for beginner dancers\, and for Indian Classical dancers looking to explore their dance training in a queer and accessible studio environment. No one turned away for lack of funds. Prior dance experience recommended but not required.
