SUMMARY:Turning Towards the Heart
DESCRIPTION:In sacred community we will join our hearts in breath\, song\, whirling\, dance\, poetry and prayer. \nThis offering is open to all who are called to move in prayer\, and those who seek to learn more about embracing dance and the movement of whirling to connect with the universe and our deepest self. \nThe session will include\, group prayer\, breath work\, movement rituals\, whirling practices\, sacred circle dances\, and Sufi poetry. With intention that these experiences will help us to expand our hearts capacity and enter the place of unity with all creation. \nAll are welcome!
