DESCRIPTION:How do we understand our body in relation to movements for collective healing and liberation? In these paradigm-shifting times\, how can we access the inherent joy and ancestral resilience in our DNA? Together\, we will investigate what it means to embody sacred reciprocity through our corporeality—drawing upon the gifts of breath\, movement\, sound\, somatics\, and contemplative practice.\n\nThis workshop is intended for all bodies.
