DESCRIPTION:Interested in getting started with poi spinning? This class is for you! \nThis workshop will focus on the fundamentals of poi spinning including spin direction\, relative timing\, and a few of the more fundamental moves. The workshop will culminate in a short sequence that integrates the skills taught during the workshop. \nThe class is geared to folks who are new to the art form\, so if you no experience – no problem! Poi will be available for attendees to use for the workshop. \nAttendees are encouraged to dress in comfortable/athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. \nLet’s flow together!
