Intro to Breema: The Art of Being Present

May 3 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

In a nurturing, nonjudgmental atmosphere, we learn by direct experience how Breema supports us to become present in any condition or activity of life. As body, mind, and feelings begin to function in unity, we experience a new level of aliveness and availability. Then the ways we think, feel, and move are balanced and revitalized, so we can approach any situation with clarity and harmony.

This class features instruction and practice of Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises, and discussion of the Breema philosophy. Mini-sessions are offered to new students after class.
