Welcome to POLE!
Intro to Pole is a great place to start so you can get to know your new dance partner, the POLE! Each Intro Class will open your eyes to brand new moves and techniques that will become the support system for your entire pole journey.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Knee Pads or Yoga Mat for warm up
- Bike Shorts (this is so you can confidently and securely do Climbing Prep and Pole Sits)
