All ages! 6 through ….adults! An introductory lesson in the beginning steps and hand gestures ( mudras) , as well as history of the style,  as well as other styles of Indian dance. We will be dancing and taking short breaks inbetween for history and mudra lessons. Come prepared to dance barefoot and in comfortable clothes, loose cotton Indian pajamas or leggings ok too!  Be ready to stretch and sweat a little too.
