When we cultivate joy—through movement, music, and shared experience—we create a physical and emotional sanctuary. Joy also fosters strength. This is why systems of control often suppress joy: because joy empowers people.
When we learn to spark joy within ourselves and with one another, we reconnect with our resilience, our creativity, and our voice. Practicing joy, then, becomes more than pleasure—it becomes an act of reclaiming agency.

Location Tips
The studio is in a residential area in East Richmond Heights. Plenty of free street parking with no time limit. Safe neighborhood. There are several steps down to my studio. Unfortunately, there is no ramp.
