Learn the basics of pole dance in this beginner-friendly series! Your instructor will guide you through warm-ups, foundational spins, pole tricks, and floor work, with hands-on support and practice time. No experience required—just bring your energy and curiosity!
LEVELS: Intro – Beginner
PREREQUISITES:
- None — open to all who want to learn Pole Basics!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Knee Pads or Yoga Mat for warm up
- Bike Shorts (this is so you can confidently and securely do Climbing Prep and Pole Sits)
- Barefoot or proper Pole Stilettos welcome
- Water bottle + some energy!
