Join us for MPWRD’s Filipino Folk Dance Series as we travel across the archipelago, learning about the rich communities of the Philippines! Each month, we focus on a different dance form taught over the span of multiple workshops.
This month we will be hosting our FIRST set of Sala(dance) Sundays! a mixture of class freestyle/play, and rehearsal all wrapped into one! This program is perfect for anyone: ∙ looking for a safe space to be in community ∙ wanting to learn more about Filipinx/a/o culture & history ∙ feeling the change of seasons & craving movement

Join us during Bay Area Dance Week as we open our last Sunday of our April class series and learn from some of our current teacher, seasoned students, and performance group members in a low stress setting. All ages Welcome (Under 16 with a parent/guardian).
Location Tips
Street parking can be found on 12th, 9th, Webster, and Franklin which all surround the Plaza. Underground garage parking is also available with access to the garage on Franklin and Webster.
