This women-centered, communal class explores the expressive dances of Central Asia and Persian-inspired traditions. Students explore full-body expression through the fingertips, combining rhythmic footwork, musical storytelling, contemporary flow, and embodied technique. Classes emphasize alignment, coordination, and nervous system awareness. All levels welcome. Led by Tara Pandeya, who performed with Tajikistan’s National Ensemble Lola, toured as a Cirque du Soleil soloist, and teaches for LINES Ballet BFA at Dominican University.
