Embodied Groove dance at the Gilman District Street Fair

FreeEmbodied Groove® is a joyful movement experience designed for all ages and abilities that blends simple guidance with expressive freedom. No dance experience needed, just an openness to be moved in fun and freeing ways.
It was created by Dr. Leah Taylor, who has over 15 years of teaching movement and a background in Somatic Psychology and Mind-Body Medicine. This event is hosted at the Gilman District Street Fair with activities for the whole family.

The Embodied Groove® dance class will take place at the Dance Corner of the Gilman District Street Fair. See https://www.gilmandistrict.org/gilmandistrictstreetfair for more details.
If you miss the 1pm session, there will be another offered from 3:10pm - 3:50pm
Location Tips
There is free valet bike parking across from the Dance Corner. Street parking around the festival may be available. For ride shares, set drop off to corner of 6th and Camelia St.
