Nia is a joyful, flowing blend of dance, gentle martial arts, and yoga. Nia increases flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, strength, and healing while decreasing stress and imbalances in the body. Principle #1 is Joy of Movement and expressing Your Body’s Way is always encouraged! THIS Nia class is unique because it will be taught OUTSIDE. Come experience the benefits of Nia while ALSO being under the blue sky, feeling the breeze on your skin, breathing in the fresh outside air, you’re gonna love it!
