Nia is a joyful flowing blend of dance, gentle martial arts and yoga. Nia increases flexibility, agility, mobility, stability, strength and healing while decreasing stress and imbalances in the body. Additional Information
Nia is non-impact and traditionally done without shoes. If you need to wear shoes please bring clean, indoor only shoes with a soft sole that will not leave any marks on the yoga floor.
Location Tips
Arrive early to find street parking. Look for the Berkeley Yoga Center sign, enter the code 2578 into the keypad. Come in through the street door on Bonar, walk up the long staircase to the top, turn right, and enter the first open door on your right.
