Rhythm & Motion Fusion Essentials Dance Workout class (ONLINE)

FreeAward-winning* and open to all dance levels, Rhythm & Motion dance workout classes are taught by experienced performers and feature diverse music and movement styles. The (mostly) follow-along format balances learning choreography with the dance-floor euphoria at a great party. The experience is low-pressure, full-bodied, sweaty and joyful.
Our Essentials format slows it down with extra repetition and breakdown – ideal for beginners, newcomers, or anyone who wants to go deeper.
