ODC/Dance will open it’s doors to the public, for a rare chance to see our artists in process. Leading up to her world premier as part of Summer Sampler, we invite the community to come into the studio to get a glimpse of the process of making work at ODC.

First Look: New Rhythm & Motion Choreography
Named “Best Dance Class” by SF Magazine, 7×7, and Best of the Bay, Rhythm & Motion is known for diverse music, high-energy choreography, and a welcoming atmosphere. The classes balance learning choreography with the euphoria of a great party – starting with a warm-up and building into high-energy, strength-building movement. Low-pressure, joyful, and sweaty. All levels are welcome.
In this “First Look” class, R&M choreographers will offer a first look at their brand new R&M routines before their official Program release – perfect for newcomers and longtime students alike.
Rhythm & Motion Fusion Dance Workout
Award-winning* and open to all dance levels, Rhythm & Motion dance workout classes are taught by experienced performers and feature diverse music and movement styles. The (mostly) follow-along format balances learning choreography with the dance-floor euphoria at a great party. The experience is low-pressure, full-bodied, sweaty and joyful.
R&M Fusion classes begin with a full-body warm-up that emphasizes dance technique, then builds to high energy dancing to increases stamina and strength. Class includes floor combinations to strengthen and stretch the abdomen, legs and arms.

Celebrate 25 years of Performing Arts and Social Justice at USF! We honor our legacy and the transformative power of the arts through live performances from our dance, music, and theater programs. The PASJ 25th Anniversary showcase will also include a new piece by Ann Getty Institute Visiting Artist Eric Garcia created with the USF community.
