In this guided class, you’ll explore slow, mindful movement to release tension, improve coordination, and move with greater ease. Rooted in Feldenkrais-inspired principles, this approach helps you become more aware of your patterns so you can change them with less effort.

Additional Information

No experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. You’ll need a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably. Movements are slow and gentle. Rest anytime and go at your own pace. Suitable for all levels.
