Rhythm & Motion will lead One Dance, a routine designed for all levels to perform together.

One Dance 2026, the high energy and family friendly dance is a mix of two songs: Makeba (Ian Asher remix) by Jain and Energy by Mical Teja. Everyone is welcome to participate and perform this with us live!! No experience required!
