Award-winning* and open to all dance levels, Rhythm & Motion dance workout classes are taught by experienced performers and feature diverse music and movement styles. The (mostly) follow-along format balances learning choreography with the dance-floor euphoria at a great party. The experience is low-pressure, full-bodied, sweaty and joyful.
This Modern Essentials format slows it down with repetition and extra breakdown. Rooted in contemporary and modern dance vocabulary, students will build strength, stamina and technical skill through lyrical, full-body choreography and exercises.
